Make The Welcome Glow
Illuminated stilt walking gives arrivals a striking focal point. Available LED-wing or illuminated wardrobe is confirmed before booking; photos are references for the look.
Put Light In Motion
LED juggling adds short visual sets throughout the evening. The top tier adds a second LED juggler for another zone or coordinated appearances, with the final format agreed in advance.
Add Wonder Up Close
A strolling magician brings guests together while the LED artists rotate through their sets. Magic takes place in areas with enough light for guests to see and enjoy it.
Every tier covers the same event window. Upgrade for more performers and more places for guests to discover the entertainment.
The Glow Welcome
A glowing welcome and two different ways for guests to discover the entertainment.
The Neon Social
A second illuminated greeter creates more arrival and photo moments.
The Electric Celebration
Two LED jugglers support alternating performance zones, with magic between visual sets.
Your Package Includes These prices cover the listed entertainment, standard available wardrobe, planning, setup, breakdown, and travel within Southwest Florida. Final availability and the agreed scope are confirmed before booking. Bespoke costumes, extra time, and additional production are quoted separately.
Up to three hours means a coordinated event window. Performers appear in scheduled sets with breaks; no artist is promised to perform continuously for three hours.
Sample Entertainment Schedule: each stilt walker has three 25–30-minute appearances, including the arrival welcome. The strolling magician has three 45-minute sets, timed around your main program. Each LED juggler has three 20-minute sets, with the larger lineup alternating or overlapping as agreed. Your booking proposal confirms the appearance schedule and breaks.
LED effects work best after dark or in controlled indoor lighting. Share your event time, venue brightness, walking surfaces, and available performance areas. We coordinate with your DJ or production team for any music cues. DJ services, room lighting, lasers, glow giveaways, programmed logos, and live fire are not included. We coordinate the available illuminated costumes and LED effects with your event setting.
Need more time or a different combination? We can tailor the lineup and appearance schedule to your event. Share your attendance and floor plan so we can plan guest flow and realistic coverage.
1. Set The Scene
During the first 30 minutes, stilt greetings welcome arrivals while the magician starts mingling. We place the other attractions around your room.
2. Let Guests Discover
Across the reception, performers rotate through planned sets and breaks. We avoid speeches and dinner service, and coordinate different zones in the larger tiers.
3. Finish Around Your Program
Final appearances and photo opportunities follow your running order. Setup happens before the booked window; breakdown follows venue access arrangements.
