Our carnival and midway packages include the host coverage listed in the selected tier. Guests can play independently, or you can provide game attendants. A midway host does not mean there is an attendant at every game. We’ll discuss the layout, guest flow, and your staffing plan before the event.

Yes. Share your event schedule, including arrivals, meals, speeches, and awards. We’ll plan the entertainment windows around those moments. The Greatest Show Experience offers up to three hours of coordinated appearances, sets, and breaks; this is not three hours of nonstop performance by every artist. Let us know if you need a longer event window.

Yes. Our team-building circus workshops introduce beginner-friendly activities such as juggling, plate spinning, and feather balancing. We provide equipment and instruction and plan the session around your group and schedule. Tell us about your team’s interests and any participation needs so we can discuss suitable activities.

Additional time, artists, or activities can change the scope; we’ll confirm your selected services and total before booking.

Requirements depend on the activities you choose. We’ll coordinate available space, access, setup timing, and any power or sound needs with your venue. Aerial entertainment needs suitable clearance and floor space for the freestanding rig, and outdoor fire entertainment depends on an appropriate approved location and conditions. For outdoor events, discuss a weather alternative with us during planning.

Ambient performers interact with guests or perform scheduled sets while your reception or celebration continues. A headline show brings the whole group together to watch one performance. We can customize a 30-minute to one-hour stage show featuring a magician, variety performer, or group act. Headline entertainment is priced to match the act, production needs, and event scope.

Face painting and balloon twisting offer two activities running at the same time with separate entertainers. Our company picnic package includes the activity station’s tables, chairs, supplies, PA and music, outdoor shade when needed, setup, and cleanup. An optional 30-minute family magic show can bring adults and children together. Share your expected attendance and number of children so we can recommend service time and any additional staffing.
