An Ice Queen Welcome
A winter-styled stilt walker greets arrivals and returns for photo moments. The proposed schedule includes two 25–30-minute sets within your two-hour reception.
Winter Whimsy & LED Wonder
A winter-themed balloon twister provides a two-hour service window, while an LED juggler performs two proposed 20-minute ambient sets. We time LED appearances for suitable lighting.
An Outdoor Fire Feature
Gather your guests for one featured fire performance near the end of the reception. We propose an 8–10-minute feature, with the exact routine and duration confirmed with the artist.

Fire & Ice Snowfall Spectacular
A winter welcome with three magical snowfall moments.
Snowfall Spectacular includes three snowfall moments of up to 10 minutes each in one designated area during your two-hour event. Snow-machine operation, the included snow fluid, setup, and cleanup are included in the package. Snowfall is delivered in scheduled moments, not continuously for two hours.

One designated snowfall area. The Snowfall Spectacular option uses an operated Antari S-500 for planned arrival or photo moments. Your package includes three snowfall moments of up to 10 minutes each in one designated area during the two-hour event. We coordinate power, placement, timing, and cleanup with your venue. Longer snowfall coverage can be quoted separately.
Separate snow and fire. Snowfall and fire appearances use separate areas and time slots. The outdoor fire feature depends on a suitable performance area, venue approval, and appropriate weather conditions. We agree a weather contingency or indoor alternative before booking.
A clear schedule, not nonstop performance. Stilt walking and LED juggling run in coordinated sets. The balloon artist has a two-hour service window; guest count and design choices determine how many guests can be served. Share your expected attendance so we can recommend the right staffing.

First 30 minutes: the Ice Queen greets arrivals, balloon service opens, and guests discover the first LED set.
2. More Moments To Discover
Middle of the reception: a second stilt set, another LED appearance, and continuing balloons. The snowfall tier adds scheduled snow-photo moments.
3. Gather For The Fire Finale
Near the end: allow time to move guests outside, then enjoy the proposed 8–10-minute fire feature. Final timing is agreed with the venue and artist.
