Yes. PA and music during the booked entertainment service window are included in every tier. Let us know about your announcements and any other sound arrangements so we can coordinate the event schedule. Music before or after the booked window can be discussed as a custom addition.

Yes. An optional 30-minute family magic show is available with any of the three picnic tiers and is designed for children and adults to enjoy together. The show is quoted separately and is not included in the listed face painting and balloon prices. Tell us your audience size, venue, and schedule so we can coordinate the show timing and confirm staffing and production needs. We’ll explain how the activities fit together before you book.

Absolutely. Unlimited consultations are included leading up to your event. Call anytime with questions or updates. We’ll call when we’re on our way and handle the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of our entertainment area.

No. We provide the furniture and equipment for our activity station, including a shade tent for outdoor events. Our setup is self-contained as an entertainment station; it does not include seating or tents for the entire picnic. We’ll coordinate the setup location, access, available space, and any power or venue requirements with you before the event.

The listed two, three, or four hours is your booked face painting and balloon service window. We coordinate arrival and setup beforehand, then handle breakdown and cleanup of our activity area after service.

We plan a coordinated activity station around your company’s event schedule and expected attendance. Two entertainers run face painting and balloons together, while we handle our equipment, setup, and cleanup. We’ll discuss lunch, announcements, guest arrival times, and family participation so the service window fits your celebration.

Tell us your total attendance and the expected number of children who may participate. There is no single guaranteed capacity: design complexity, ages, and guest flow affect service time. We’ll recommend the appropriate duration and discuss extra artists if needed. Additional staffing is quoted separately.

Yes. Your selected package includes its listed services and setup throughout Southwest Florida, with no additional travel charge within the region. Extra staffing, extended time, or additional activities are quoted separately before booking.

The included tent provides shade for the activity station; it is not a substitute for a safe indoor weather plan. We’ll discuss an indoor or covered alternative with you before the event. Unsafe wind, lightning, or other conditions may prevent outdoor operation, so venue and weather arrangements are confirmed during planning.

Each tier includes a face painter and a balloon artist working simultaneously for your selected two-, three-, or four-hour service window. We bring tables, chairs, activity supplies, PA and music, and a shade tent for outdoor events. Planning consultations, setup, breakdown, and cleanup of our entertainment area are included.
