The Greatest Show Experience

Often that is a possible location, but placement must be checked with your venue and performer. We confirm the rig footprint, ceiling clearance, access, floor conditions, and performance area before booking. We also plan how the space will work when dancing begins; we do not assume the rig can be moved during the event.

We’ll discuss available costumes and presentation choices that complement your theme and venue. Bespoke costumes, branded elements, and additional production can be considered and quoted separately. Specific looks are confirmed before booking.

Yes. An ambient fire dancer can be added for a suitable outdoor portion of your event, subject to availability, venue approval, and performance conditions. This is an optional addition quoted separately and is not included in any standard tier.

Grand Welcome includes one strolling magician or juggler. The Showstopper and The Grand Spectacle include two strolling performers, ideally a magician and a juggler. Artist availability and the final combination are confirmed in your proposal.

Every tier includes one caricature artist at a seated station. Guests can visit for an individual interaction and a keepsake. We plan station hours and drawing capacity around attendance and drawing style; a portrait for every guest is not guaranteed.

Grand Welcome is $2,995, The Showstopper is $4,495, and The Grand Spectacle is $5,495. Each includes the listed standard performer combination and up to three hours of coordinated entertainment, with scheduled appearances, sets, and breaks—not continuous performance by every artist. Extended coverage, bespoke costumes, and additional production are quoted separately before booking. Share your date, venue, and preferred package so we can confirm availability and venue requirements.

It means your entertainment is planned within an event coverage window of up to three hours. Each artist has an agreed appearance schedule, performance sets, and breaks. Stilt walkers typically focus on arrivals, while aerial, strolling entertainment, caricatures, and any fire sets are scheduled around the reception. Individual artists are not continuously active for all three hours. Your proposal confirms the details.

Let us know your full timeline. We can discuss extended coverage, different appearance windows, or additional performers and quote the extra time or production required. Longer coverage is not automatically included in the standard package.

Only The Grand Spectacle includes one aerial performer with a freestanding rig. Grand Welcome and The Showstopper do not include aerial entertainment. Aerial sets, breaks, availability, and venue requirements are confirmed before booking.

We plan ambient entertainment around your program. Share your dinner, speech, auction, and fundraising times so we can schedule appearances and performance pauses appropriately. The goal is to support the atmosphere while letting your event remain the focus.
